The Babo sugar degree is more than 22°! Simply Fantastic!!!
Now after this real Mother Nature’s Gift we have to winemake the wines, respecting their personalities and their characters. And we’ll do it, of course!

Oggi abbiamo terminato la vendemmia 2015 con la nostra Albarossa, la futura Ende Oktober Gold 2015.
Il grado zuccherino Babo è oltre i 22 gradi! Semplicemente fantastico!!!
Ora, dopo questo grande dono di Madre Natura, spetta a noi il compito di vinificare bene e sapientemente, rispettando le personalità ed i caratteri dei nostri futuri vini. E certamente lo faremo!
